Parking and Towing Policy
This is a friendly reminder that New Era Towing manages towing in the community. Per the Mesas and Ridge at Canyon Springs Parking and Towing Policy, street parking is not allowed between Midnight and 6:00 am, every day unless specified for a holiday.

In May of 2019, The Mesas and Ridge at Canyon Springs partnered with New Era for a new parking pass request program so guests are able to register their vehicles at any time. Alerts are sent to New Era towing. A homeowner must register one of their vehicles to be eligible for the guest passes. The cost to use the system is a yearly charge of $20. This fee goes entirely to the Towbook system licensing for New Era.

Be advised, we have a one-time exemption for owners who may accidentally park on the street and forget. However, your vehicle must be registered with the towing company so that they are aware it is a vehicle that belongs to a resident in the community.

For large parties or for questions, please contact New Era Towing at 210-590-4444. Information can also be found at www.neweratowing.com

Residents can Text Permit to 484848 with the Community Code MRCSHOA.

Exterior Modifications
Exterior Modifications All exterior alterations or improvements to property in The Mesas and Ridge must be reviewed and approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. The ACC will review the request and render a decision within 30 days. If it is not approved as submitted, the ACC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval.

To complete your application, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There you will enter all of the information needed in order for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied with project details or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project in conjunction with the property lines and easements when applicable.

As soon as you have gathered your information, you are ready to get started.
