Welcome to the Eilan Condominium Association website!

Eilan is a beautiful and unique mixed-use commercial community on the northwest side of San Antonio at I-10 and Loop 1604. It is in a prominent location adjacent to the Rim and La Canterra shopping areas.

The "work, live, play" design of the community includes two office buildings, luxury apartments, an exquisite hotel, restaurants and retail space.

The Eilan Condominium Association is not a traditional residential condo. It is actually an entity whose purpose is to maintain the parking areas shared by the hotel and apartment, as well as the "central plant," which provides chilled water for air conditioning the buildings.

Upcoming meetings for Eilan Condominium Association, Inc.

The Board of Directors meets on a quarterly basis. The date, time and location as well as the meeting agenda are posted on this website at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.

The Annual Meeting of the Members is held usually in the first quarter of each year. Notices are mailed to all owners 10 to 60 days in advance of the meeting with the date, time, location, agenda, and voting instructions.

All meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact our office at least ten days in advance.
