Welcome to the RVTC Property Owners Association website.

RVTC Property Owners Association is the commercial owners association for Rialto Village Town Center. Rialto Village is located in Northwest San Antonio in the vibrant corridor of I-10 outside of Loop 1604. There are 12 commercial tracts on approximately 23 acres. The Board of Directors meets twice per year generally in March and September.

The Annual Meeting of the Members is held in the first quarter each year. Notices are mailed to all owners 10 to 60 days in advance of the meeting with the date, time, location, agenda and voting instructions.

All meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact our office at least ten days in advance.
