Located in the growing city of Baytown, Eastpoint Subdivision is a well-established residential community consisting of 219 single-family homes. Known for its peaceful atmosphere and strong sense of neighborly spirit, Eastpoint Subdivision has been a valued part of the area since its formation in 2003.
The Eastpoint Subdivision Homeowners Association was officially established in April 2003, following the filing of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (DCC&Rs) in May 2002. Since then, the community has benefited from professional management, thoughtful planning, and a shared commitment to maintaining property values and enhancing quality of life.
C.I.A. Services, Inc. has proudly provided full management services to Eastpoint Subdivision since February 2003. A standout tradition in the community is the annual Fall Festival, held in conjunction with the Association’s annual meeting. This beloved event brings neighbors together for a fun and festive celebration of the season. The success of this gathering is thanks in large part to the dedicated Board of Directors—especially Treasurer Annette Garber, whose energy, organization, and passion for the community are truly phenomenal.
The Association maintains the landscaped center esplanade at the subdivision’s entrance, which offers a warm and inviting welcome to residents and visitors alike. The community monuments have also been recently updated and cleaned, reflecting the pride homeowners take in their neighborhood. Looking ahead, the Board is exploring new ways to make Eastpoint Subdivision an even more family-friendly environment.
With strong leadership, a united community, and a clear vision for the future, Eastpoint Subdivision continues to be a place its residents are proud to call home.
