Around the holidays, residents gather for the beloved Cookies and Cocoa celebration, making invaluable family memories together. The community-wide garage sale is another favorite tradition, giving neighbors the chance to meet one another while simultaneously decorating and decluttering their homes.

 

To preserve the many community spaces, Kendall Pointe continues to invest in preserving and enhancing its amenities. In 2023, the community completed a replastering of the neighborhood pool, ensuring residents can continue enjoying one of the neighborhood’s most popular gathering places. Ongoing gate maintenance also helps preserve the community’s appearance while supporting a safe and welcoming environment for residents and their guests. The Kendall Pointe team also goes through great lengths to ensure that residents remain informed about nearby happenings—from roadway construction to local elections—to ensure that life in the community remains idyllic, inviting, and involved.
