When thinking about what makes a community desirable, often times, the amenities are the first things that come to mind.  The Ashcreek Homeowners Association has a large pool, a baby pool and a tennis court which are great features.

However, it is the ways in which Ashcreek as a community is celebrated, how the homeowners are brought together, and how Ashcreek pride is shown that make Ashcreek awesome!

As an Ashcreek resident, you can look forward to events such as Back to School Pool Parties, National Night Out, the Holiday Meet and Greet, Santa riding through the community in December and a Christmas Light Contest! Most social gatherings are catered, so residents can enjoy delicious food, while mingling with their neighbors. A favorite is the Christmas Light Contest, as the Board will distribute gift cards to the most festive homes.

Amenities are a wonderful feature, but harmony in the community makes it home.  It’s Ashcreek’s spirit to ensure residents know their neighbors and the incentive to not just live in the community, but to be a part of it, which makes Ashcreek them exceptional!
