Westover Valley: A Community That Cares

Located on San Antonio’s Far West Side, Westover Valley is more than a neighborhood of 371 homes—it is a community where neighbors come together, families make memories, and dedicated volunteers work hard to make their neighborhood a wonderful place to call home.

Westover Valley offers the convenience of being close to Highway 151 and Loop 1604, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and many of the attractions that make San Antonio’s Far West Side such a popular area.

The community recently upgraded its park, adding another exciting feature for residents. The playground equipment has been replaced with a new park and play structure, providing neighborhood children with a fun and engaging place to play and families with another reason to enjoy their community together.

But what makes Westover Valley special isn’t just its location or amenities—it’s the people.

A big part of what makes Westover Valley special is the commitment of its Board of Directors and Social Committee. While each serves a different role, together they help create a strong and connected community.

The Board works diligently to look after the community’s best interests, making thoughtful, fair, and financially responsible decisions while helping maintain the neighborhood and address the many responsibilities that come with an HOA. Their dedication is evident in the time and effort they volunteer to help keep Westover Valley a great place to live.

The fabulous Social Committee works alongside the Board of Directors to bring the community together through events and celebrations. They work hard to plan and organize opportunities for neighbors to connect and celebrate throughout the year. From Easter and back-to-school events to Fourth of July celebrations, ice cream socials, Christmas, and more, their creativity and countless volunteer hours help create traditions and memories for residents of all ages.

The Board, Social Committee, and community volunteers continually give their time, energy, and heart to make Westover Valley a place where neighbors connect, families celebrate, and residents can truly feel at home.

Westover Valley is more than a place to live. It’s a community that cares.
