Hidden Springs Homeowners’ Association, Inc.
Hidden Springs Homeowners Association is a wonderful example of what a strong, engaged community can achieve when neighbors and leadership work together with a shared purpose. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, Hidden Springs reflects a deep sense of stewardship, resilience, and pride of place.
In 2025, Hidden Springs proudly became Kendall County’s first Firewise USA Community. This achievement reflects thoughtful planning, dedicated volunteers, and meaningful resident participation. Through a comprehensive wildfire risk assessment, the formation of a Firewise committee, resident education, and a long-term commitment to mitigation efforts, the Association made wildfire preparedness part of everyday community life. These efforts were formally recognized by the National Fire Protection Association, the Texas A&M Forest Service, and Kendall County.
Hidden Springs also stands out for its agrihood model. The community’s 30-acre nature preserve, “The Green,” features orchards, gardens, walking paths, and professionally managed agricultural operations. This approach supports sustainability, strengthens community connection, and preserves the natural beauty of the land—making Hidden Springs a truly special place to call home.
