Aliana Community Council Volunteers
by Robbye Campbell

This month we celebrate two special Aliana Community Council volunteers.

Mary Ironkwe is a student volunteer from Harmony School. Mary is a young lady that can always be relied upon to help with the Aliana community events.  She goes above and beyond in her community service.  She has a constant smile on her face and greets every resident as they arrive at an event.  Mary is a wonderful young lady willing to assist with any task.  In the picture, Mary poses with Santa at the 2022 Christmas event.  Mary is a joy to be around and is sure to continue her community service for the rest of her school career and beyond.

Another Aliana Community Council volunteer we are introducing is Wanda Oldham.  Wanda is the Vice President of the Council Board of Directors. She is a fun-loving worker bee with ideas to help bring interesting and exciting events for the more mature community to partake in such as a trip to Sam Houston Race Park for the Kentucky Derby Day and a trip to the Constellation Field for a hometown baseball trip to cheer for the Space Cowboys! Keep that welcomed enthusiasm coming Wanda!

We are lucky to work with such amazing volunteers.  Thank you ladies!

Our San Antonio Office Is Moving!

Our San Antonio Office is excited to be moving to a new location on February 21! We will be joining our Accounting Department in our Pipe Creek office building. We will continue to serve clients and manage communities in the same areas as before but with a well-designed space better suited for our teams.

This move complements C.I.A. Services’ ongoing mission to provide every level of service that community associations need. As we move into our 40th year managing communities, 14 years of which were in San Antonio, this move will allow us to gain efficiencies to better serve our communities.

Our Pipe Creek office is located on the northwest side of San Antonio off Hwy 16 at 465 Bear Springs Road, Pipe Creek, TX 78063

Associations in Practice

Our Associations in Practice Series is an offering of short videos with very specific topics.  Our newest video is Texas 87th Legislative Session.  The 2021 session of the Texas legislature produced significant changes to the Texas Property Code affecting property owners’ associations. This video explores those changes and provides specific follow-up recommendations.

Super-Budget Concepts is a great introduction (or refresher) to our Super-budget and a nice refresher or opening to the full webinar offered in our Seminar Series.

In our video, Short Term Rentals, we offer insight into short-term rental properties. We have an expert panel on board discussing everything from what a short-term rental is, to potential problems and possible solutions.

All of our Associations in Practice Series videos will be available on our YouTube channel. We will send updates when new material is added. You can also subscribe to our channel for news on the latest additions.
