Rose Mary Betancourt-Trevino of Highland Meadows
by Tra’Neshia Williams

Rose Mary Betancourt-Trevino moved to Highland Meadows with her husband, Richard, and son, Jimmy, in August 2000. Rose Mary has served the community with full dedication since 2001 by volunteering her time and making decorations for the community’s events. She decided to join the Board of Directors in 2019 as a Director and currently sits as the Board President.

Rose Mary also oversees Highland Meadow’s park renovation project. She and her husband personally replaced the grills at the park, saving the Association from bearing the costs. We are excited to see this project come to fruition!

It is clear that Rose Mary is community-oriented and a dedicated volunteer at heart, even outside of Highland Meadows. Prior to joining the Board, she served in many ministries at St. Luke’s Catholic Church. She also has been very active in her son’s sports endeavors by holding the titles of Team Mom for the Sagemont Cowboys football team from 2001-2007 and Vice President of the Sagemont Beverly Hills Little League Baseball League from 2005-2010.

Rose Mary works at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). Even with her busy schedule, Rose Mary enjoys doing crafts, drawing, cooking, baking, and loves spending time with her family.

Rose Mary will tackle any project the community needs her help on, and they are truly blessed with her work ethic, empathy, and community mindset! We couldn’t ask for a better ambassador for Highland Meadows.

New Communities
Image

We are very pleased to announce the return of the Churchill Homeowners Association to C.I.A. Services! We managed Churchill a few years ago, but the community decided to try a different direction. After a few years away, they realized what they were missing and we are happy to welcome them back. Churchill is a 245-home gated community off Huebner Road in north San Antonio near several of our other communities.

We are also excited to announce our newest client for our San Antonio office – the Mission Trace Homeowners Association! Mission Trace is a beautiful, wooded neighborhood with 260 homes. It is on Vance Jackson Road just 3 miles from our office. Mission Trace has a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, lake, and a 24/7 guarded entry. The community has always been self-managed with an onsite office manager, but the Board recognized the need for professional management to continue to maintain its wonderful community, and we are delighted to take on that role!

Welcome to the C.I.A. Services team!
