Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable StaffWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (A/P & A/R) experience. The ideal candidate is self-driven, quick to learn, and a strong team player, with a solid understanding of general bookkeeping principles and accounting processes.

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Staff Job Description

Responsibilities
• Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Complete various accounting procedures as assigned
• Participate in cross-training to support team coverage during absences
• Opportunity for training toward a Team Leader role

While specific responsibilities will be assigned, our accounting team is collaborative and versatile. All necessary training will be provided.

Experience & Skills Required
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools
• General computer proficiency; technical aptitude is an advantage
• AP/AR experience: 2 Years (Required)
Adobe experience: 2 Years (Required)
