Why are we conducting this registration?

Homeowners’ Associations thrive on the dedication and skills of volunteers. Do you have an eye for details, experience in building, or want to volunteer? Then we want you!

The Board of Directors of Loma Vista Ranch have created a Road Committee and are asking for volunteers to serve. The recent flooding event in the community that caused damage to some of our roadways and road maintenance has deemed the creation of this committee. The Road Committee will work with the Board to facilitate bids for the maintenance and repairs of the 14 miles of paved roads within our committee.

Registration must be received by midnight, Sunday, September 21, 2025.
