Assessments

The 2024 Assessments are $595/yr as set by the Board of Directors and are due January 1, 2024.

Every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment. Statements were mailed on November 22, 2023. If you do not receive a statement, please submit an accounts receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time.

Services and Utilities

Electric Services
Electric service is provided by the Central Texas Electric Coop (CTEC).

For connections, questions or to pay your bill online, click here. You can also speak to a representative by calling 830-997-2126.

Mailboxes
Property owners can obtain a mailbox and key by contacting the Kerrville Postmaster - Troy Hanvy. Mr. Hanvy will assign you a mailbox & key at the Post Office.

Internet Services

Trash Services
Loma Vista does not have an Exclusive trash services provider at this time. Local services providers listed below:

Water Service
Public water and sewer services are not currently available for Loma Vista properties. Each property owner is responsible for the digging and maintaining of their own well and septic system.
