Why are we conducting this registration?

The Board of Directors has scheduled the community’s first workday and get-together at the lake pavilion to take place on Saturday, May 3rd starting at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of this gathering is to come together as a community to accomplish a list of work tasks to improve this common area. The work accomplished will enable the official opening of our beautiful lake pavilion and restrooms for everyone’s enjoyment. It will also be an opportunity to enjoy some fellowship with fellow owners and refreshments at the end of the day. 

You are invited to come out to roll up your sleeves alongside your future neighbors to pitch in to put the final touches on our wonderful lakeside park and pavilion. Portable grills will be on site to toss anything on the barbie that you’d like to bring to grill up. Come for only a short time or stay the entire day, as any contribution of your time is welcome. Bathrooms will be open and functional. Please join us to see some familiar faces and also meet new neighbors!

If you anticipate that you or your household members will attend the workday, please register to ensure that enough refreshments and snacks are brought. Registration must be received by midnight, May 1st, 2025. After the registration cut-off date, your Board of Directors will share additional details and specific tasks.
