Spring and Fall Garage sales
Clayton’s Corner holds two garage sales every year. As it gets closer to each event residents will be notified of the date and time, along with any important details.  

Often notifications of events will go out by mail, but sometime the Board of Directors may choose to send an email out to the community. Have you registered your email for event notifications? If not, you can register by clicking here or by visiting the home page and clicking the link in the bottom left.

Yard of the Month
Do you like friendly competitions? Every year, Clayton’s Corner host yard of the month from June 1st to September 30th and each month one winner will be chosen by the committee. All winners will receive a $50.00 Visa gift card and will not be eligible to compete in yard of the month for the remainder of the season.  

Winners of yard of the month will still be eligible to participate in any other event held in the community that year.

Have a crack or leveling problem with your sidewalk near a manhole?

For issues with cracks and leveling of the sidewalks surrounding and near manhole covers, contact the Precinct 3 Service Department by calling 713-274-3100. You can also report the location of these issue online by clicking here.

Trash Service
 

Best Trash is the service provider for Clayton’s Corner.

Collection days are Monday and Thursday. All garbage must be curbside by 7 a.m. on collection days. Bulk trash day is every Monday. Recycling is not currently available for this community. For more information on trash service cliack here. 

Holidays observed are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. There will be no service on these holidays. Service will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day. For more information on the scheduled holidays click here.

Tachus Fiber Installations
Tachus has been completing the installation in the community. They are accessing the utility easements on the owner’s property and the common property. This is the utility easement area in which they have rights of access. If you have any difficulty with the installation or restoration of your property please call the Tachus Support team at
832-791-1100 or email to support@tachus.com. Once a trouble ticket is open they will work quickly to determine if issue is a result of installation and to see the ticket closed.
