Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 1st Reconvened 2025 Special Meeting of Dancing Bear Property Owners’ Association, Inc. will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the quorum requirements of the association were not met at our last attempt. Thus, the amendment vote was unable to take place. However, an update on the community’s projects and progress was given. The purpose of the 1st Reconvened 2025 Special Member Meeting is to vote on the proposed Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions amendments only. You will not need to submit a new vote if you have already submitted your vote.

Because of the online format, this meeting will differ from past in-person meetings. One difference is that you cannot submit your vote at the meeting. All ballots must be cast before the meeting, and the election results will be announced at the meeting.

A copy of the proposed amendments is included in the mailed notice.
