Why are we conducting this survey?

The Board of Directors is requesting your opinion on the community’s amenities and upkeep. The Board recognizes that assessments have been increasing each year to keep pace with inflation and fund needed repairs to the association. Unfortunately, the recent repairs have exceeded the budgeted amount the community collected. As a result, the association used funds from the replacement fund. This has resulted in a lower reserve for the association. Over the next year, the Board has four major projects planned and would like to know the importance of these projects to the residents. Additionally, they would like to know owners’ options on materials to be used in the projects.
