Notice of Re-Mailing of 2026 Assessment Statements
It has recently been brought to our attention that many homeowners have not received their 2026 assessment statements that were originally mailed on May 15, 2026. To ensure all homeowners have the opportunity to receive their statement, the Association will be remailing the statements. The assessment due date will be extended to August 1, 2026, and payments will not be considered late until after August 30, 2026. If you do not receive your assessment statement by August 5, 2026, please contact our office so that we may provide another copy and verify your mailing information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

The next meeting of the Belleau Wood Civic Club Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 6:30 pm at C.I.A. Services, Inc., office, located at 18333 Humble, TX 77346. If you would like to be added to the agenda to speak with the board, please provide written notice at least 10 days in advance.
