Special Leaf Collection Information
Residential solid waste customers may request two (2) free of charge collections for leaves per fiscal year. Additional collections within the same fiscal year may be requested but are subject to a fee.
The City will only pick up leaves placed in paper bags or cardboard boxes and must meet the specifications outlined at www.sanantonio.gov.
Lawn and leaf paper bags can be purchased from various home improvement, grocery, and department stores. Leaves placed in plastic bags will not be picked up.
