Payment Plan Requests

All payment plans must be requested through C.I.A. Services. You can request a payment plan by calling 210-490-0000 or emailing CustomercareSA@ciaservices.com.  

Please Note: Scheduling multiple payments via Mutual of Omaha Bank does not constitute an official payment plan with the association. You must contact C.I.A. Services directly to request an approved payment plan before scheduling multiple payments via Mutual of Omaha Bank.

Payment plans: 3-6 month. Finance charges continue to accrue even if you use a payment plan.
