2024 Annual Meeting (Member Meeting)

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Redland Springs Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting. Listen through your device or call 1-346-248-7799 and enter the meeting ID and password listed on the mailed notice. You can call the same number from a regular phone to listen, but you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.

If a quorum is not met at the May 7th meeting, Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvene meeting date. The 1st reconvened meeting will also be held online. Connection information is shown on the mailed notice.

Because of the online format, this meeting will be different from past in-person meetings. 

• All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting. 
• You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
• Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.
