Maintenance of Properties
Dear Retablo Ranch Homeowners,   

We hope this letter finds you well. As members of the Homeowners Association board, we strive to maintain the beauty, safety, and value of our neighborhood.

We would like to kindly ask each homeowner to check the foliage—trees and shrubs—on their property that may have grown into the street or are blocking turns as was discussed in the last Annual Meeting. Overgrown vegetation can create safety hazards by reducing visibility for drivers and pedestrians.

Approximately two years ago, the HOA invested around $40,000 to trim and clear overgrown areas. Unfortunately, the plants have grown back rapidly. While the HOA will continue to manage this work, the expense affects our ability to preserve neighborhood security with cameras and save for much-needed road repairs, which are estimated to cost around $1 million. We would greatly appreciate your help in maintaining your property by trimming back any vegetation encroaching on the roadway.

We understand and respect the guidance in the Retablo Ranch Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements, and Restrictions, particularly in Article VIII, Section 29. This section supports preserving natural conservation areas while allowing maintenance that promotes safety and visibility, such as the clear vision areas at street corners.

We encourage you to take a moment to review your property’s foliage and make any necessary adjustments. Your cooperation helps keep our neighborhood safe and preserves our shared investment. Our neighborhood employs Noble Landscaping (noblelandscapeservices@gmail.com) which is available to trim along the street edge for individual property owners with competitive pricing.
