2026 Annual Members Meeting (Membership Meeting)

The 2026 Annual Meeting of Westfield Forest Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings. Voting instructions are below.

• All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
• You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
• Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.
