Friday Food Trucks
The Board will once again be hosting the Friday Night Food Trucks. Each Friday, a food truck vendor will park at the community pool parking area so you can enjoy a no-cook Friday night and visit with neighbors. This event is dependent on good weather.
Pool Wristband Distribution
The pool will open for the first day on Saturday, May 3rd! Volunteers will be at the pool again this year to distribute the wristbands. Bands are FREE. You must have a balance of less than $10 or be on an approved and active payment plan. Proof of address (current utility bill or license) is required to be shown.
Did you miss the community distribution dates and still need your pool wristbands? You may complete the form located HERE and email it to accessdevices@ciaservices.com. We will prepare the bands for pickup at the front desk of C.I.A. Services. We are located at 18333 Timber Forest Drive in Atascocita.
Upcoming Meetings
August Board Meeting (Board of Directors Meeting)
The Board of Directors for the Sherwood Trails Village Community Association will be having their Board meeting on Thursday, August 14, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the community meeting room located at 4130 Sweetgum Trail. Homeowners are welcome to attend the Open Session portion of the meeting.
