The next meeting of the Creekside at Camp Verde Property Owners Association Board of Directors is scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026 at immediately following the 2026 Annual Meeting. This meeting will be held in person at located at CCVPOA Ranch House, located at 134 Cold Water Dr., Center Point, Texas.
As always, a portion of this meeting is allocated for any property owner who wishes to provide comments or share information during Open Forum. There is an agenda attached below for this meeting.

2026 Annual Meeting (Members Meeting)
May 16, 2026 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
The 2026 Annual Meeting of Creekside at Camp Verde Property Owners Association will be on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Creekside at Camp Verde Ranch House, located at 134 Cold Water Dr., Center Point, Texas 78028.
At this meeting, two votes will be taken. The first vote will be for the Board of Directors election. The second will be a vote for a one-time Special Assessment to cover the replacement and repair of association fencing. Please note that both votes will have separate online and paper ballots.
