2025 Annual Meeting (Members Meeting)

The 2025 Annual Meeting of Community Association for Withers Ridge, Inc. will be held online at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 12, 2025.

If a quorum is not met at the May 12th meeting, Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. has been chosen as the first reconvened meeting. Connect to these meetings using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the front of the mailed notice.

In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings.      

• All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.  
• You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.    
• Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.
