2025 Wooden Fence and Gate Replacement Project

The project to replace the wooden fences and gates of Windsor Hills has begun! The installation will be done in 13 sections beginning in the Robindale/Victoria Glen area and should be completed by mid-2025. Representatives from both the fence company and our HOA will measure and inspect the areas along your existing fence lines, informing you as to what preparation will be needed by you for work crews to safely and correctly install the new fence. Examples include the removal of attached trellises and birdhouses and the trimming back of shrubs that closely abut a fence. These inspections should be done by the end of January. Two to three weeks prior to the start of work on your lot, a notice will be attached to your garage door asking that the necessary clearing on your lot has taken place. If we have your email address, you will also receive a follow-up message from the HOA fence volunteers reminding you of the tasks.  

In the unlikely event that work crews arrive at a property at which a new fence cannot be installed because the proper clearing has not been done, that Owner’s account with the Association may be charged for the costs of third-party clearing as per the Windsor Hills Homeowners’ Association, Inc. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Article V, Section 2.

For the convenience of all homeowners, this meeting will also be available online. To join online, you must register using the Zoom invitation email sent by the clubhouse staff.
