1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting (Members Meeting)

1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the quorum requirements of the association were not met at our last attempt. Thus, the Election of Directors was unable to take place. However, an update on the community’s projects and progress was given. The purpose of the 1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting is for the Election of Directors only. The community needs you to vote to ensure a quorum is achieved and your Board of Directors election can be held! You will not need to submit a new vote if you have already submitted your vote.

 If quorum is not met at the March 5th meeting, Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 2nd reconvened meeting. this reconvene meetings will be held online using the same connection information as the February 12th meeting.
