2024 Board of Directors Election and Reconvened Special Meeting for the amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Amendment. (Member Meeting)

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Lake McQueeney Las Brisas Homeowners Association, Inc. will be on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at GVEC – Segiun, located at 927 N, TX-46, Seguin, TX 78155. This will be an excellent opportunity to hear a review of the Association’s activities, finances, and future plans.  

Additionally, a reconvened special meeting for voting on the attached Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Amendment will be held on the same day at the same location at 6:45 p.m. Please note that the reconvened special meeting has a separate ballot.
