2026 Annual Meeting (Members Meeting)

The 2026 Annual Meeting of Harper Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. will be on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Jeffrey & Deborah Hawthorn, located at 20230 Bristol Mesa, San Antonio, Texas 78238.

If a quorum is not met at the April 15th meeting, Wednesday, April 20, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 1st reconvened annual meeting. If a quorum is not met at the April 20th meeting, Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 2nd reconvened annual meeting. Both reconvened meetings will be held online. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.
