Assessments
The Board of Directors has set the 2026 Assessment fee at $984.00. This is 10% increase from 2025.
Assessments are billed annually, are due on January 1st, and become delinquent after January 31st.
Every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment. If you do not receive a statement, please submit an accounts receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time.
You may submit your payment by mail, in person, or online.

Trash Service
Valet Trash Company provides trash services for the community. Pick-ups are on Tuesdays.

Electricity
Electric service is provided by the Bandera Electric Cooperative. For connections, questions or bill payments, contact the Co-Op through their website or via email to becweb1@banderaelectric.com or their customer service line at 866-226-3372.
