Clubhouse
The community’s clubhouse is located next to the park and pool at 21740 Deep Pines Dr. The clubhouse includes a small meeting room.

Pool
Pool The pool is located at 21740 Deep Pines Drive. The pool is available to rent for private parties after regular pool hours. Residents should contact Aquatic Advisors at 832-638-5950 to book a party. 

Residents will be required to have a current pool photo ID badge to access the pool. Residents may visit Access Granted at this LINK to apply. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing and approx. 14 days for mailing. Passes will come directly from Access Granted if eligible.

WE DO NOT MAIL OUT POOL WRISTBANDS and they will not be available through C.I.A. Services. If you miss the community distribution date please contact accessdevices@ciaservices.com and a community representative will reach out to you regarding arrangements.

The homeowner will receive up to 4 wristbands free. Any additional wristbands are available for $2.00 each. Replacement bands will only be provided upon receipt of a broken original band. Each member of our household 5 years or older will be required to have a wristband. CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, or EXACT CASH ONLY.

Guests are limited to two (2) per household. Guests must be signed in by an adult resident with a valid wristband and the resident must remain at the pool with their guest. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to sign in guests. Due to Texas law, no child under the age of 14 may swim without an adult.

 ** WRISTBANDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED OR RENEWED IF YOUR ASSOCIATION DUES ARE NOT PAID IN FULL. ACCOUNTS SET UP ON AN ACTIVE PAYMENT PLAN WILL BE ISSUED A POOL PASS. **

The Cumberland Community Pool will open for Memorial Day weekend. The pool schedule is as followed:

May: Open Memorial weekend
Saturday & Sunday from 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Memorial Day from 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Closed Tuesday for cleaning

June: Open full-time starting after school is closed
Monday - Closed
Tuesday thru Sunday from 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.

July: Open full-time
Monday - Closed
Tuesday thru Sunday from 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.
July 4th from 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.

August: Open full-time until school starts
Monday - Closed
Tuesday thru Sunday from 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.

After school starts:
Monday thru Friday - Closed
Saturday & Sunday from 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.

September: Open Labor Day weekend

POOL CLOSED STARTING AFTER LABOR DAY

Park
Park Cumberland has a small park, located next the pool area at 21740 Deep Pines Drive. This park is a wonderful place to relax with your family. 

The amenities at this park consist of picnic tables, slides, swings, a bench swing, and a basketball goal.

Walking Trails
Walking Trails Cumberland is also home to beautiful wooded walking trails throughout the community. These walkways are equipped with benches at various locations throughout the path.

Association

Assessments
Assessments The assessments are due on January 1st of each year and provide for services in the community. Every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment. If you do not receive a statement, please submit an accounts receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time.

Services and Utilities

Trash Service
Trash Service The trash service is billed through MUD 56 while the service provider is Waste Management. You may contact Waste Management at 855-266-9622 to begin services.

Homeowners of Cumberland will be required to provide the MUD 56 Account #792-49535.

GARAGE DOOR GARBAGE COLLECTION

Service days are Monday and Thursday

Please have your trash out by 7 A.M. on your service day. Household garbage, grass clippings, leaves, branches and tree trimmings are collected at the garage door. Collection shall be limited to ten (10) Bags, Containers or Bundles per collection. Outside of pickup, please store your trash and trash cans in your garage, behind the back fence, or inside an enclosed area (not visible from the street). 

Important! For the safety and protection of our employees and equipment, we do require that branches and tree trimmings be no greater than three inches (3") in diameter and be cut, tied and bundled in four foot (4’) lengths weighing no more than forty to fifty pounds (40-50 lbs.) Containers over 45 gallons must have all trash bagged. Due to safety concerns, Waste Management will not service anything over 65 gallons.

BULK TRASH COLLECTION

Two (2) items on the second collection day, Thursday, of each week. Acceptable items include moving boxes (please break them down and bundle them), old furniture, and appliances. Please note! WM can no longer dispose of CFC refrigerant containing items (i.e., refrigerators, freezers, etc.) without certification that the Freon has been properly removed and recycled, pursuant to current Federal law.

UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS

Gasoline, Paint, Vehicle Tires, Large Pieces of Metal, Motor Oil (and used filters), Construction Debris (Disposed of by Batteries contractor performing work)

HOLIDAYS

NEW YEAR’S DAY, THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS DAY
*if an observed holiday falls on a scheduled collection day, there will be no collection on that holiday. Collection will be provided on the next scheduled collection day.

OLD TRASH CANS

Please be advised, WM will only pick up new trash containers. If you have older trash cans and need to dispose of them, you may mark them as trash and place them out with the new trash cans to be disposed of.
