Water Park and Pool
Water Park and Pool The swimming pool, children’s wading pool, and splash park are located at 5875 Summit Creek Drive.

The swimming pool and splash park are open May through September. The splash park is operated by the City of Sugarland, and is open to the public. Note: The restrooms at the splash park are private, and are only accessible by residents of RiverPark on the Brazos.

Pool entry cards are distributed at the on-site office each Thursday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Maximum of two (2) cards per household. Each card admits five (5) residents: two (2) adults and three (3) children. Each card admits four (4) guests. First two (2) cards are free of charge. Owners are responsible for getting cards to their tenants. Lost/Replacement cards may be purchased for $10 each.

Proper swim attire is required at the pool at all times. No cotton or loose fitting clothing is allowed in the pool.

Waterslide rules:  Children must be at least 48 inches tall AND be able to pass the swim test given by the lifeguards in order to ride the slides.  Riders must clear the landing area immediately after exiting the slide.  No loitering in this area is not permitted.  Please be aware that while the depth is only 3ft 6in in the slide landing area, the current is strong, and your child needs to be able to safely get themselves out of the landing area without assistance.  It is also important that children take periodic breaks from the slide so they do not get too tired and have trouble safely exiting the slide area.  If the lifeguards have to assist someone having a difficult time, they will be asked to sit out and/or not go down the slide for the remainder of the day.

Questions can be sent to or be asked by phone at 713-981-9000.

Click here for a replacement card form and if you wish to submit it online, click here.

RiverPark does not allow the rental of the pool for private parties.  You may rent the clubhouse, but not the pool.

*** COVID-19 UPDATE: The Board of Directors unanimously agreed it is not in the best interest of the Association, legally or financially, to open the pool for an indefinite period of time. We will advise if we are able to open it sometime in the near future.***
