Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Cumberland Community Association, Inc. will be on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Cumberland Community Clubhouse and Pool, located at 21740 Deep Pines Drive, Porter, Texas 77365. If a quorum is not met at the 6:30 p.m. meeting, Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvened meeting. This meeting will also be held at the Cumberland Community Clubhouse and Pool, located at 21740 Deep Pines Drive, Porter, Texas 77365.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
