Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Westover Forest Homeowners Association, Inc. will be on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. at Raba Elementary School, located at 9740 Raba Dr, San Antonio, Texas 78251. One position on the board will be elected at this meeting.

If a quorum is not met at the October 5th meeting, Monday, October 12, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvened annual meeting. If a quorum is not met at the October 12th meeting, Monday, November 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 2nd reconvened annual meeting. These meetings will be held online. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home the day of the meeting, and enter the meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
