Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Redland Springs Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the front of this page. Residents can also type the link provided on the mailed notice.

If a quorum is not met at the May 26th meeting, Monday, June 29, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting. This meeting will also be held online. Connection information is shown on the mailed notice.

In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings.

All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
