Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting of Lake McQueeney Las Brisas Homeowners Association will be on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative, located at 927 N. Texas 46 Seguin, Texas 78155.

ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
