Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Riverpark on the Brazos Property Owners Association, Inc. will be on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church, located at 5653 West Riverpark Drive, Sugar Land, Texas, 77479.

If a quorum is not met at the April 9th meeting, Friday, April 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. has been chosen as the first reconvened meeting. If a quorum is not met at the April 10th meeting, Monday, April 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. has been chosen as the second reconvened meeting. If a quorum is not met at the April 13th meeting, Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. has been chosen as the third reconvened meeting. All reconvened meetings will be held at the Riverpark Clubhouse, located at 5875 Summit Creek, Sugar Land, Texas 77479. With each reconvened date, our quorum requirement drops by one half, so we will utilize one to three meetings as needed until quorum is achieved and the election is held.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
