Why are we conducting this election?
MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of RVTC Property Owners’ Association, Inc. will be held online at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.
ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The candidate to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a term of three years. The candidate to receive the next most votes will be elected to the remainder of a three-year term ending in 2028. Write-in candidates are allowed.
VALIDATION. You must enter the 6-digit PIN from the written meeting announcement to validate your vote. Votes without a PIN or with an incorrect PIN will not be counted.
