Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2nd Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the quorum requirements of the association were not met at our last attempt. Thus, the Election of Directors was unable to take place. However, an update on the community’s projects and progress was given. The purpose of the 2nd Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting is for the Election of Directors only. The community needs you to vote to ensure a quorum is achieved and your Board of Directors election can be held! You will not need to submit a new vote if you have already submitted your vote.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
