Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. A Special Meeting of Artavia North Village Homeowners Association, Inc. will be on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Dapple Park Gathering Room, located at 17590 ARTAVIA Parkway, Conroe, Texas, 77302. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a tiebreaker vote to fill the remaining position on the Board of Directors.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years.

VALIDATION. You must enter the 6 digit PIN from the written meeting announcement to validate your vote. Votes without a PIN or with an incorrect PIN will not be counted.
