Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Redland Springs Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings. Voting instructions are below.

All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.

If a quorum is not met at the May 6th meeting, Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the first reconvened meeting. Connection information for the reconvened meetings is shown on the front of the mailed notice.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The candidate to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a term of three years. The candidate to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve for a term of two years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
