Garage Sales
Due in part to the increase in neighborhood traffic due to individual garage sales, Legends Run homeowners are limited to 2 (two) garage sales per year.  You may choose to have your garage sale any time as there are currently no Community Garage Sale dates scheduled.  Garage sale signs are not permitted to be placed on any community common areas, including the length of Legends Run Drive and the front of the subdivision.  Any signage placed in these locations is subject to removal and disposal.
