Loose Dogs
Pets are YOUR responsibility.  When dogs are not on a leash, they must be securely confined. When a dog’s owner is not present, it may feel threatened by a stranger and act out of character.  It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your neighbors by having full control of your dogs at all times.
