Basketball Goal Use Restrictions
Basketball Goals that are stored in view will be pursued as a deed restriction violation per Article 2, Section 2.23 of the Development Area Declaration for Bridges on Lake Houston.  This restriction states "Portable basketball goals may be used in unfenced yards and on private driveways during periods of active play, if the portable goals are removed from sight when not in use.  Portable basketball goals must be maintained in good condition and repair, and may not be placed on any ROW.  If determined unsightly by the Bridges on Lake Houston Reviewer or placed in the ROW, the Association may cause the basketball goals to be removed without liability for damage to said equipment.  Basketball goals may not be permanently installed on a lot."

Please store goals out of sight when not in active play, and be aware that it is not allowed to play with the goal on the curb or in the street, which would be in the public Right of Way (ROW) as stated as a violation that may result in removal of the goal.
