Community Park and Playground
The community has a pocket park and playground located at 2755 Villa Del. In an effort to encourage healthy lifestyles, the association has a walking trail that surrounds the park.

Assessments
The 2024 Assessment has been set at $300.00, which reflects a 0% increase from the prior year.
Assessments are due January 1st of each year. If you would like to make payment arrangements, please contact C.I.A. Services.
If you do not receive a statement, please submit an accounts receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time.
You may submit your payment by mail, in person, or online.
Board of Directors
The Eldridge Park Village Community Association Board of Directors has five 5 positions. Each member is an active member of the community, performs vital tasks, and volunteers their time for the benefit of the community. They are elected for a two-year term.

Exterior Modifications
All exterior alterations or improvements to a property must be reviewed and approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. The ACC will review the request and render a decision within 30 days. If it is not approved as submitted, the ACC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval.
To complete your application, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There you will enter all of the information needed in order for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied with project details or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project in conjunction with the property lines and easements when applicable.

Trash Service
Fort Bend MUD 2 has a contractual agreement with Texas Pride. Homeowners should contact MUD 2 with any questions or concerns. The MUD District is the entity that determines any changes in trash providers.

Streetlights
CenterPoint Energy maintains streetlights throughout the community. If a light is out or blinking, please call CenterPoint at 713-207-2222 or report it online. You will be asked to provide:

a pole number for the non-functioning lights you want to report

contact information (in case more information is needed to locate a streetlight)

an e-mail address (if you want feedback regarding your repair request)

Water and Sewer Services
Water and sewer services are provided through Fort Bend MUD #2.
The service company for Fort Bend MUD #2 is Municipal District Services. The service hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Animal Control
It is the mission of the City of Sugar Land’s Animal Services to protect public health and welfare while enforcing humane animal treatment in accordance with the City of Sugar Land’s ordinances and county, state and federal regulations.
It is also their mission to provide safe, humane shelter for unwanted, stray, abused and impounded animals and to educate the public about responsible animal care, pet ownership and living with wildlife in hopes of reducing the number of unwanted animals in the community.
