In observation of the Easter holiday, all C.I.A. Services offices and call centers will be closed on Friday, April 3, 2026, and will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, April 6, 2026. In the event of a facility emergency, please call our office at 713-981-9000 and press option 5.

Did you know?

Board meetings are open to all owners. The meetings are announced on the community web pages with a date, time and place at least 144 hours in advance of the meeting.  The agenda for the meeting is also posted.
