Why are we conducting this survey?

To update the street and plaque sign for any tenants, owners must fill out the following form. Two signs will be created per tenant. One will be the standard green and white street sign, and the other will be a plaque that goes on the outside of the unit on the building. These signs will be ordered and installed by the association.
