Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Tezel Trails Homeowners Association will be on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.at the Vellicito Ct. Cul-De-Sac.

ELECTION. Five positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The three candidates to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a term of two years. The two candidates to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve the remainder of a two-year term ending in 2027. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
