Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Grand Vista Community Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2026. If a quorum is not met at the October 15th meeting, Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 2:00 pm has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. Both meetings will be held online. Connect to each meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice. The purpose of the 1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting is for the Election of Directors only. Open Forum will only be held at the original annual meeting.

In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings. Voting instructions are below.

All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
